Located on the top floor of the barn, just feet from the house, Fallow Studio has been built from the ground up with the musician / producer in mind. I’ve strived for a frictionless workflow throughout the entirety of the studio, and I want the distance between your creativity and the page to be as short as possible. The goal is a space that sounds great, feels comfortable, and makes writing and recording feel effortless.
To ensure isolation between rooms, the floor is floated on four inches of rigid foam, then covered with subfloor ply and hardwood oak cabin flooring. Additionally, there is an amp / cab isolation room living above the stairs to the studio, providing a space for your amps to be loud, and to keep your drum mics to be clean.
Everything in the room (musical or otherwise) has been acquired over years of collecting or handmade by myself. Each piece carries its own history and character: all meant to add to your creative process.
